Refund policy

Returns Within Canada
We accept returns on all items within 7 days of delivery for customers located in Canada. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund to your original payment method.

International Orders
Returns are not accepted for orders outside of Canada. However, we understand that mistakes can happen — which is why we offer a one-time store credit on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — no matter where you are. Photos may be required to process the claim.
