Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, we do! If you see inserts that you would like to have modified, feel free to contact me. I would be happy to help create a custom-made insert just for you. Please note that the insert creation and ownership of any and all insert designed by RosiePapeterie is our sole property. If you ask us to create a design for you, the cost includes the labor and skill to produce the insert, not the ownership and rights to said artwork. We reserve the right to sell the designs created in the future.
Can I make any changes to an insert?
Yes! By purchasing a custom insert, you can have any change made to suit your needs. Make sure to link the URL of the existing product when you are about to order so I can know which insert you want me to modify for you.
Can I edit/change words to the file?
No, files are locked. You are not allowed to change / add / edit the file. If you would like any customizations, feel free to purchase a custom order.
What type of file will I receive?
You will receive a zip file. Unzips it and there will have few PDF files in it.
Where can I download my files once I have made my purchase?
After purchasing your insert, you will be directed to a download page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order. You will also receive another email to download your files.
Can I share or resell my purchase printables from Rosie Papeterie?
The products purchased are for personal use only. You are not allowed to edit, distribute or resell any of these products in any form.
Why are the lines on the inserts printing very light?
Our writing lines and bullet points are designed to be a light gray.
Please check your printer settings to adjust the brightness and darkness of your prints and ensure there are no problems with the toner or ink cartridges.
If you are not sure how to do that, please contact the manufacturer of your printer. You also have to keep in mind that unfortunately, some monochrome printers may not be able to produce gray prints.

Can I print on pre-cut paper sizes?
Yes, you can. You will receive two different files one is for pre-cut paper size printing and one is for Letter paper.

What is your shipping & return policy?
Please note due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, orders may take longer than usual to arrive to their destination.
Orders are currently processed within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).Processing times does not include shipping and delivery times. Processing times may take longer for custom or personalized items because of the nature of the product and the extra time that it takes to create.
Free shipping for Canada and U.S. orders of 75$ +Canada & USA Standard flat rate (tracked) : 12$Please ensure all shipping information is correct as once it is fullfilled, we are not able to change it.Rosie Papeterie is not responsible for "late" delivery, lost, stolen or damaged packages.The customer is responsible for any taxes and custom duties (if applicable).

We are unfortunately unable to offer international shipping for the time being. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We accept returns within 7 days of the order delivery and items must be returned within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital products (printables) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please double check that you are purchasing the right size, because I do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges on digital products. The files are automatically sent to the customer after checkout. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
