Boutique Manager and Social Media Manager in Training - Part Time (5-10h)
We're looking for a versatile and motivated individual to fill a combined boutique manager and social media manager-in-training position. This position is ideal for someone who wants to play a key role in managing our boutique while developing their digital marketing skills.
BOUTIQUE MANAGER
As a Boutique Manager, you will be the backbone of our team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and managing the day-to-day operations of the boutique. We're looking for a self-starter with the ability to take initiative to help grow our business.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER IN TRAINING
In parallel, you will have the opportunity to learn and become a social media manager. No previous experience in this field is necessary, but an interest in influencer marketing is essential. We offer comprehensive training so you can take charge of content creation, managing our Instagram and TikTok pages, as well as designing campaigns with influencers.
Your salary will be adjusted according to your experience and skills in these two fields.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
- Experience in retail sales or customer service (an asset).
- Interest in influencer marketing.
- Social media management skills (an asset).
- Good communication skills.
- Enjoy working independently.
- Closely follow trends.
