Boutique Manager - Part Time

As a Boutique Manager, you will play a key role in the company's success by creating an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the boutique, ensuring efficient management and contributing to the company's growth.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide exceptional service by creating a welcoming atmosphere. This involves greeting each customer with warmth and re-engaging with them, while having a good knowledge of the products.
  • Create content for social networks.
  • Keeping the store clean.
  • Replenish products, monitor stock and manage deliveries.
  • Manage cash register transactions.
  • Other related tasks.

 

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken (mandatory) and written (an asset).
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service (an asset).
  • Interest in influencer marketing.
  • Social media management skills (an asset).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Enjoy working independently.
  • Closely follow trends.
  • Available evenings and weekends (mandatory).
