Boutique Manager - Part Time
As a Boutique Manager, you will play a key role in the company's success by creating an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the boutique, ensuring efficient management and contributing to the company's growth.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide exceptional service by creating a welcoming atmosphere. This involves greeting each customer with warmth and re-engaging with them, while having a good knowledge of the products.
- Create content for social networks.
- Keeping the store clean.
- Replenish products, monitor stock and manage deliveries.
- Manage cash register transactions.
- Other related tasks.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken (mandatory) and written (an asset).
- Experience in retail sales or customer service (an asset).
- Interest in influencer marketing.
- Social media management skills (an asset).
- Good communication skills.
- Enjoy working independently.
- Closely follow trends.
- Available evenings and weekends (mandatory).
