How does it work?

If you want to modify an existing insert in the shop, simply copy and paste the link from the product page.*

Select your planner size from the available options. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept custom sizes outside the list provided.

Write a detailed description of your desired customizations. If you only have a rough idea, that’s totally fine — share what you’re thinking and we’ll guide you through the process.

Upload a sketch to help us better understand your vision. It doesn’t have to be perfect! Even a quick photo of a sticky-note drawing works.

Your final files will be sent by email once your order is complete.
Custom orders can take up to 15 business days to be processed.
About Dated Customizations
We can create dated versions of inserts that already exist on our website, but only for basic adjustments. The base layout must remain the same — we do not re-date or rebuild complete inserts from scratch.
Examples of allowed dated custom changes:
• Hourly or half-hour schedule adjustments
• Header, subheader, or text changes
• Minor layout adjustments
Important Notes
• We do not replicate inserts from other shops due to copyright restrictions.
• Designs may vary depending on the planner size.
• We cannot accept fully dated custom orders outside the permitted basic adjustments listed above.
• We cannot change the fonts, overall design style, or visual identity of our inserts — we maintain the Rosie Papeterie aesthetic across all products.
