  • Orders are currently processed within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
  • Processing times does not include shipping and delivery times. 
  • Processing times may take longer for custom or personalized items because of the nature of the product and the extra time that it takes to create.

    • Please ensure all shipping information is correct as once it is fullfilled, we are not able to change it.
    • Rosie Papeterie is not responsible for "late" delivery, lost, stolen or damaged packages.
    • The customer is responsible for any taxes and custom duties (if applicable).
    • You are responsible for any customs/VAT tax charges for orders outside of Canada.

    Returns

     

    We accept returns within 7 days of the order delivery and items must be returned within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer. The original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

    To start a return, kindly email us at info@rosiepapeterie.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you all the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

     
    Damages and issues

     

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

     

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

     

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital products (printables) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please double check that you are purchasing the right size, because I do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges on digital products. The files are automatically sent to the customer after checkout. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

     

    Exchanges

     

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

     

    Refunds

     

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
