- It's crucial to follow instructions meticulously to prevent fire hazards, injuries, or smoke damage.
- Ensure the wick is centered and trimmed to 1/4" to avoid smoking and soot buildup.
- Burn the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface for a maximum of 3 hours at a time, away from drafts.
- Stop burning when only 1/2" of wax remains at the bottom.
- Avoid moving the candle while burning or if wax is hot.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets, and never leave a burning candle unattended.

- Please make sure to request your customizations BEFORE purchasing the insert. Customization fees cannot be offset against a product already purchased. It would still be the costs listed above.
- The processing times for a custom order can be up to 15 business days.
- I do not accept custom orders for dated inserts.
- Please note that the insert creation and ownership of any design make by Rosie Papeterie is our sole property. If you ask us to create a design for you, the cost includes the labor and skill to produce the insert, not the ownership and rights of the said artwork. We reserve the right to sell the designs created in the future.
